Statistics Project
Statistics are everywhere in our everyday lives. Although statistics are used in many different ways, one of the most popular ways is to find out what a majority likes and dislikes as well as what peoples opinions.
I will grade the project based on the rubric shown below:

DESCRIPTIONS:
Title Page: The title page should have the name of your project, your name, period, and a design/picture.
Data Page: Print Data page and fill in the responses. Each box is split in two. Fill in the top row with students/kids and the second row for adults in each box. (You will need 2 sheets)
Displaying Data:

Frequency Table and Histogram: You will need to tally up your data and create a frequency table. With this table you will create a histogram for each group of people on a poster board. Make sure all titles, and labels are both on your table and your histogram.
OR
Table and Circle Graph: You will be creating a circle graph and table. Make sure you find the percents and the degrees. Also, make sure there is a key if necessary. You need a circle graph for each group you surveyed.
OR
Frequency Table and Bar Graph: You will need to tally up your data and create a frequency table. With this table you will create a double bar graph on a poster board. Make sure all titles, and labels are both on your table and your bar graph.
Questionnaire: Print questionnaire and fill in the questions.
Rubric: Print this page out and turn it in with your project.
